Woodz EU Insights
Woodz Eu Insights is a startup and platform which connects clients with subject experts on regulatory, legislative and political issues. These clients come from the finance industry, from advisory services, from the media and other corporations who seek professional advice and an expert opinion in order to pursue important business decisions.
THE WEB PRESENCE
Aside from offering information in regard to the about and aims of this new business, the website was meant to provide an opportunity for both clients and experts to register their interest in being part of the platform. It was therefore necessary, to include separate contact forms for both professionals offering their advice and clients seeking advice in regulatory matters. For organizational purposes the form inputs were chosen in a way that the data could easily be transferred into spreadsheets.
For the development I chose to use Wordpress as a content management system, in order to facilitate the process of filling in further information over time. Some additional coding helped in setting details and adding function.
THE BRANDING
Branding elements such as colors and type were adjusted to the preexisting logo. Images were chosen to recall the name “Woodz” and to convey the feeling that the company could help in metaphorically navigating the difficult territory.
COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING
My roles as Digital Communicator was not only to take care of the website, but to develop a holistic visual language for communications on social sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter. As a strategy to reference current events I developed a system of text and visual clues to help stand out on social platforms and draw attention to posts. Additional marketing materials such as interview videos are treated with the same branding guidelines and supported by motion graphics.
